Combined together, aromatherapy and theraputic manipulation will sometimes cause an uptight insomniac to relax enough to fall asleep during treatment.

 

Having a bedtime routine is also another way of establishing to one’s body that it is time to sleep. The routine method works for most children who feel sleepy after they go through their night time routine.
